If your purchase amount surpasses 30,000-40,000USD/year, you will get one year after sales service.

And you will get the following service:

a. Free repair in one year.

b. Free freight of getting accessories repaired in one year.

c. Half freight of getting machine repaired in one year.

If the machine surpass one year, we will repair the DVD for free, but the parts are charged accordingly.

VIP2:

If your purchase amount surpasses 40,000-50,000USD/year, you will get one year after sales service.

And you will get the following service:

a. Free repair in one year.

b. Free freight of getting accessories repaired in one year.

c. Free freight of getting machine repaired in one year...

If the machine surpass one year, we will repair the DVD for free, but the parts are charged accordingly.

VIP3:

If your purchase amount surpasses 50,000-80,000USD/year, you will get two year after sales service.

And you will get the following service:

a. Free repair in two year.

b. Free freight of getting accessories repaired in two year.

c. Free freight of getting machine repaired in two year.

If the machine surpass two year, we will repair the DVD for free, but the parts are charged accordingly.

VIP4(Top):

If your purchase amount surpasses 80,000USD/year, you will get three year after sales service.

And you will get the following service:

d. Free repair in three year.

e. Free freight of getting accessories repaired in three year.

f. Free freight of getting machine repaired in three year.

If the machine surpass three year, we will repair the DVD and provide accessories for free, but not afford the freight.
