1.       How to make a order:

You could contact with our sellers man for what DVD and quantity you want, then confirm us the payment term you are prefer. After you made payment, we will deliver the products to you and provide you the tracking number.

2.       What payment terms do u accept?

PayPal (4% PayPal charges), Bank transfer (USD25 bank charges) or Western Union is welcome.

3.       How will you ship the goods?

We will ship the goods by DHL, UPS, or EMS for small quantity;

                   by air or sea for large quantity.

4.       What warranty will I get after buying your products?

Regularly, we will offer 1 year warranty to our customers. And we have VIP after sales service, which will let you have free worry after buying our products. Pls check the VIP service details by “Service” part in our website.

5.       Could you accept freight collect?

It is sorry that right now we may not accept this way of shipping payment.

6.       What if the product is broken in delivery, who will take the responsible?

When you get the products and find the products are broken, pls take a picture to it immediately as evidence so that we could ask the delivery company do us the compensation.

7.       How long could you send the goods after I made payment?

Usually we will send stock model in about 2 working days; out of stock models will be sent in 4-5 working days.
